The Inspiring Education workshop held at the French International School was a successful event. Coach Destiny and Ms. Agnes, representing young talent football team, served as role models, engaging with the high school student on the topic of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). The aim was to promote awareness about "the fair treatment and full participation of all people." The workshop had a profoundly positive impact on all participants, leaving a lasting impression, particularly in guiding their future choices of majors and occupations. Additionally, we shared numerous insights with the students about the sports industry

Ho, ho, ho! Did you know laughter is the best medicine for our longevity? There cannot be a period as exciting as now to be involved in the football community. This year is extra special as we have the World Cup events ongoing, our football team has also achieved multiple victories in recent competitions and tournaments which has developed our youth’s intrinsic abilities. At the Young Talent Football Team, we teach our players sportsmanship etiquette and persistency during tough games, skills which we hope every player can apply into day-to-day life throughout the most exciting phase of childhood development. Furthermore, we develop our players with passion. The countdown begins! We are about a month away from the X'mas Soccer Camp. This year's camp will be FULL DAY and extra effort was made to match our camp with the 2022 World Cup theme. Our international coaching team has a wide range of fun training activities planned!

［Young Talent Football Team 2022 Q1 Coaching Workshop ]

Young Talent Football Team held its first coaching workshop of 2022 in Sheung Wan !
A total of 16 coaches were invited to participate. Through this ‘New Year Goal Setting Workshop’, our fantastic coaches learnt more about our Team’s development direction and goals before 2023.
Coming from 14 different countries, our 30-man strong coaching and administrative team emphasises DEVELOP WITH PASSION as our core value, and we yearn to nurture students according to the following principles: GLOBAL MINDSET X SPORTSMANSHIP X LEADERSHIP. For this reason, we will continue to hold workshops to introduce our coaches to various coaching techniques, as well as opportunities to advance their careers at YTF (e.g. to plan lessons, organise tournaments, lead teams in competitions, and manage operations), such that they may be incentivised to perform above and beyond the call of duty.
In the workshop, founder and Head Coach Destiny put his 17-year coaching experience to use by sharing a checklist of 15 ‘Smart Coaching Tips’. Moreover, we debuted our Training Library to facilitate coaches in generating lesson plans. As the workshop came to a close, Destiny reiterated the need to provide quality, consistent and valuable sessions to our students.

[ Young Talent Football Team Class Suspension for 2 weeks from 7/1 - 21/1 ］

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic’s worsening status in Hong Kong, starting this FRIDAY (7/1), Young Talent Football Team is going to postpone regular classes for a period of TWO WEEKS, in line with government policy.
Further arrangements will be determined thereafter. If classes do resume, parents may decide to attend or not. These classes will be conducted in accordance to the 4-person gathering limit, and coaches, students, and parents are all expected to wear a surgical mask throughout the session.
In the mean time, we will deliver various online training regimens to assist our students in maintaining their athletic prowess through these challenging times. We wish you good health - see you on the field soon!

Young Talent Football Team and Magart International Kindergarten have successful held our English-based summer indoor football course! All of our 2-3 and 3.5-5 years old students performed spectacularly well, and we were pleased to recognise their efforts with the award of our course certificates.
The summer course elicited great interest, and we are now offering regular classes from September onwards! Through interactive sessions conducted by foreign coaches, our students will see their potential unleashed - those who perform exceptionally well may also have the opportunity to participate in competitive matches! 2021 Q1 COACHING WORKSHOP

In preparation for our new season and the resumption of classes, our first COACHING WORKSHOP of 2021 was held this week at the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Park!
Chaired by our Head Coach Destiny, the workshop involved quality interactions between the YTF team members - our coaches gleaned much wisdom from their counterparts, such as Coach Aris and Coach Pau . This ties well with our commitment towards providing our students with a well-structured and coherent training regime - informed by Coach Destiny’s Training Guide, the content of which is distilled from his 16-year long coaching career, our coaches had ample time to provide valuable input and suggestions in relation to YTF’s coaching methods. The day was rounded off in perfect fashion, as the coaches had the opportunity to bond with each other over lunch. What a day it was!

It was a memorable moment for Young Talent Football Team to have Michael to help Coach Destiny in coaching during his holiday in Hong Kong. It all started 8 years ago, Michael was 7 then when he had his first football practice at King's Park 6 years later Michael was scouted to join the Deutsche Fußball Internat (DFI) in Munich Germany in 2017. In his first year study in the German football school (DFI) , many top football German bundesliga teams have indicated interest for him joining them in the near future, teams such as Greater Furtt Augsburg.Michael is working harder to joining a better team in future.Don't stop chasing your dreams, because dreams do come true !

It was a memorable moment for Young Talent Football Team to have Michael to help Coach Destiny in coaching during his holiday in Hong Kong. It all started 8 years ago, Michael was 7 then when he had his first football practice at King's Park 6 years later Michael was scouted to join the Deutsche Fußball Internat (DFI) in Munich Germany in 2017. In his first year study in the German football school (DFI) , many top football German bundesliga teams have indicated interest for him joining them in the near future, teams such as Greater Furtt Augsburg.Michael is working harder to joining a better team in future.Don't stop chasing your dreams, because dreams do come true !
