1. Requesting an absence 如何請假？
When monthly tuition fees are paid at the beginning of the month, if parents already know that the student will be absent due to travel or personal reasons, please inform our administrative staff in advance for adjustment. The fee for the approved absence will be deducted from the same month's tuition.
If leave is requested after payment has been completed, students may attend a make‑up class at another location or join any of our Holiday Camps (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter, or Summer) to make up the missed lesson. All make‑up classes must be completed within 9 months from the date of absence. Fee carry‑forward or extensions are not available.
All leave requests must be notified before the scheduled class time via WhatsApp at 6928 9611.
家長於每月月初繳付學費時，如已知學生因旅遊或事假將缺席個別課堂，請提前通知admin同事調整，相關請假課堂的學費將於當月扣減。
如已完成繳費後才臨時請假，學生可選擇到其他地點補堂，或於各區舉辦的 Holiday Camp（包括聖誕節、農曆新年、復活節及暑假）補回課堂。所有補課必須於缺席日起 9 個月內完成，恕不設課費順延安排。
所有請假安排，請務必於課堂開始前透過 WhatsApp（6928 9611）通知本校。
2. Public Holiday – No Class 公眾假期 — 停課通知
Please note that there will be no classes on public holidays. Classes will resume as usual on the next scheduled lesson day.
請注意，公眾假期期間將暫停上課。課程將於下一個原定的上課日照常恢復。
3. Bad weather policy 惡劣天氣上課安排
3.1 Outdoor Classes
• Weather Updates (e.g., Rain Conditions)
Notice of cancellation due to rain or adverse weather conditions will be given at least 1 hour before class, whenever possible.
• Rainstorm / Typhoon Signals
- T1 and T3 (No Rain)*: Class will proceed as usual.
- If raining under T1 or T3*: Cancellation will depend on real-time weather conditions and coaches' assessment.
- T8, T9, T10, Amber Rain, Red Rain, Black Rain, or severe weather conditions*: For the safety of the children, outdoor classes will be cancelled.
• Light Rain Situation
Outdoor classes may continue in light rain if it does not affect safety or lesson quality.
3.2 Indoor Classes
• T1 and Amber Rain: Class will proceed as usual.
• *T3, T8, T9, T10, Red Rain, or Black Rain: Classes will be cancelled for safety reasons.
3.3 Class Credit Arrangement
• If a class is cancelled due to bad weather, the class credit will be carried forward to the following month (one class less will be deducted from the next month's package).
3.4 Regional Weather & Safety Policy
As weather conditions may vary by location, all cancellation decisions will depend on real-time updates at the actual class venue, as assessed by our coaches.
Students' safety is our top priority. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions suddenly become unsafe.
3.5 Optional Attendance
If the class proceeds but parents prefer not to send their child due to weather concerns, one class credit may be deferred to the following month.
If adverse weather occurs before or at the midpoint of the class, the class will be canceled, and the credit for that session can be carried over to the following month.
If adverse weather occurs after the midpoint of the class, the class will be canceled, and the credit for that session cannot be carried over to the following month.
3.1 戶外課程
-天氣消息更新（如：降雨情況） 如因降雨或惡劣天氣需取消課堂，我們將盡可能在課前至少 1 小時發出通知。
-熱帶氣旋及暴雨警告信號
-一號戒備信號或三號強風信號（無雨）：課堂照常進行。
-一號戒備信號或三號強風信號（有雨）：是否取消將視乎現場實時天氣狀況及教練評估而定。
-八號或以上烈風或暴雨信號、黃色、紅色、黑色暴雨警告，或極端天氣情況：為保障學童安全，戶外課程將會取消。
微雨情況在不影響安全或教學質素的前提下，戶外課程在微雨下或會繼續進行。
3.2 室內課程
-一號戒備信號及黃色暴雨警告：課堂照常進行。
-三號強風信號、八號或以上信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告：基於安全考慮，課堂將會取消。
3.3 課堂學分安排
-若課堂因惡劣天氣而取消，該堂學分將順延至翌月（即在購買翌月課程套餐時，將扣減一堂費用）。
3.4 地區天氣及安全政策
由於各區天氣狀況或有差異，所有取消決定將視乎上課地點的實時天氣，並以教練的現場評估為準。
學員安全是我們的首要考量。若天氣狀況突然轉差，為確保安全，我們或會於課前臨時通知取消。
3.5 彈性出席安排
若課堂照常進行，但家長因天氣疑慮而決定不讓子女參加，該堂學分可申請順延至翌月。
如課堂進行一半時出現惡劣天氣，該課堂將會取消而該堂學分可申請順延至翌月。
如課堂進行一半後出現惡劣天氣，該課堂將會取消而該堂學分不可申請順延至翌月。
4. Class Payment 課堂費用
All payment should be settle before class starts.

5.Liability Waiver & Health Declaration
免責聲明與健康聲明
I hereby affirm that my child is in good physical condition and fully capable of participating in football training. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not mandated by Young Talent Football Team or any of its programme partners. I understand and agree that my child may stop training at any time if they experience any discomfort, or for any other reason. Parents may purchase their own insurance if needed
本人特此聲明，本人的子女身體狀況良好，完全適合參與足球訓練。其參與純屬自願性質，並非由 Young Talent Football Team 或其課程合作夥伴強制要求。本人理解並同意，若子女感到任何不適，或在無特殊原因的情況下，均可隨時停止訓練。家長如有需要可自行購買保險。
6.Limitation of Liability & Emergency Procedures緊急程序
Young Talent Football Team, its officers, coaches, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, or loss of property sustained during activities, where such loss arises from the participant's own negligence, health and fitness limitations, or an unavoidable accident.
In the event of a medical emergency, all Young Talent Football Team staff are fully authorised to take immediate and appropriate action, including contacting emergency services.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure efficient academy management and to provide the best possible training experience for all players. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.
若因學員自身的疏忽、健康與體能表現不佳或意外而導致任何受傷、死亡或財產損失，Young Talent Football Team 及其管理層、教練、員工和代理人均不承擔任何法律責任。
如遇醫療緊急情況，所有 Young Talent Football Team 的工作人員均獲授權採取適當的即時行動，包括傳召緊急救援服務。
請注意，制定此等條款及細則旨在確保球會的管理效率，並為所有學員提供最優質的訓練體驗。非常感謝閣下配合並遵守此等指引。
7. Photography and Videography Policy
攝影及錄影條款
Young Talent Football Team may take photographs and video recordings during classes, activities, or matches for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing.
本隊將於課堂、活動或比賽期間進行拍照及錄影，相關素材將用於宣傳及推廣用途。如閣下不同意此安排，請主動通知本隊。
